1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale or discounted items are final sale unless defective.
- Customized or personalized t-shirts cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at knoxure@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence if the item is defective.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team.
- Package the item securely and send it to the return address provided.
Note: Do not send any item back without prior authorization from our team.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order on www.knoxure.in.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at knoxure@gmail.com.
- Include photos of the damage and your order number.
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items
- Customized/personalized products
- Items returned beyond the 14-day window
