1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale or discounted items are final sale unless defective.
  • Customized or personalized t-shirts cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at knoxure@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence if the item is defective.
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team.
  3. Package the item securely and send it to the return address provided.

Note: Do not send any item back without prior authorization from our team.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

Note: Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order on www.knoxure.in.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at knoxure@gmail.com.
  • Include photos of the damage and your order number.
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Customized/personalized products
  • Items returned beyond the 14-day window
